科研工作简介

  • 湿化学法纳米功能粉体合成

水热合成:利用高温高压条件下特殊的水(含有机或复合体系)环境,通过物质的溶解、结晶、传质、反应等实现功能粉体的合成。

水热合成法是本课题组制备各类功能粉体的主要方法。已成功实现了高性能VO2纳米粉体、V2O3等钒氧化合物、钒青铜类、锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)、铯钨青铜等的制备。本实验室具有从小样研制到中试量产全系列高压反应釜。

  • 温控智能调光材料

建筑能耗占我国社会总能耗三分之一以上,建筑能耗中的大部分经由建筑物的玻璃门窗部分流失,因此采用和普及新型节能玻璃,是实现建筑节能的关键所在。目前市场节能玻璃以低辐射(low-E)玻璃为主,由于其性价比较高,应用范围日益扩大。但Low-E玻璃由于其光学性能固定,不能依据气候变化或地理位置进行调节,难以充分满足我国冬冷夏热地区的节能舒适需求。

VO2利用其金属-绝缘体相变特性,能够响应外界温度的变化而机敏地调节其红外吸收、反射与透过性能。利用这一特性制成的智能窗具有结构简单、不消耗额外能源等优异特性。本实验室在成功实现纳米VO2粉体宏量制备的基础上,与企业合作成功生产出世界首枚柔性温控智能贴膜。

VO2温控智能膜的作用机理及主要研究概况

 

  • 光响应机能材料

本方向主要研究物质对光的响应特性,探索新的性能并实现应用。典型的研究举例:

1. HAP/TiO2复合光催化材料

通过蒸汽水热实现TCPHAP的转化,同时在HAP表面实现TiO2纳米粉体的固定包覆,提高了TiO2的光催化效率。 

2.高效红外阻隔材料

研制并量产了数种红外高阻隔材料,可用于建筑与汽车贴膜及光热转化。下图为三种材料典型的光谱响应曲线。

 

  • 无机纳米/聚合物复合材料

本研究主要分为水热仿生复合与聚合物填充改性两个方向。通过复合制备新颖的纳米复合结构并获得新的性能。

下图为通过水热仿生制备HAP/PAN过程及样品照片图。所制备的复合材料可用于重金属离子的吸附去除、气体过滤、药物担载等方面。
