  简历: 

  曹逊,研究员,博士生导师,古陶瓷与工业陶瓷中心副主任,光热调控智能材料课题组组长,上海浦江人才。2004年毕业于吉林大学,获学士学位,2010年毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所材料物理与化学专业,获工学博士学位,毕业后留所工作担任助理研究员、副研究员,2015年开始先后在美国加州大学伯克利分校和劳伦兹国家实验室从事功能薄膜材料与器件的研究,2016年底回国后,先后任课题组副组长,组长,研究员。 

  研究方向主要包括光热调控材料与元器件,新型节能材料及涂层开发等。获中科院首届“率先杯“未来技术创新大赛决赛优胜奖(排名第一),在光热调控材料及器件领域发表SCI论文60篇;成果被发表在Nat. Nanotechnol., Adv. Mater., Rep. Prog. Phys.等多种国际期刊引用2500余次,H因子29。近五年来,以第一/通讯作者在Nat. Electron., Matter (2), Adv. Energy Mater., Nano Energy (2), Acc Mater. Res., NPG Asia Mater., Laser Photonics & Rev. (2), J. Mater. Chem. A (2)等国际核心期刊上发表论文五十余篇。受邀参与撰写了4部光热调控材料相关英文著作;以第一/主要发明人累计申请专利30项,已获授权17项;多次受邀在国际/国内电致变色材料大会、国际特种陶瓷大会等学术论坛上作邀请报告。作为负责人主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金(3项)、中科院预研支撑、中科院国际合作、JPPTGF创新等项目20余项,累计获经费支持3000多万元。指导研究生12名,其中博士研究生10名,硕士研究生5名,所指导的研究生获得各类奖项若干,包括中科院院长奖学金2人次、中科院BHPB1人次、严东生奖学金5人次、国家奖学金6人次、中科院大学优秀毕业生1人次,北京市优秀毕业生1人次,上海市优秀毕业生5人次。

  科研工作简介: 

  1. VO2纳米节能薄膜的光学结构设计与性能调控

    提出对于VO2膜层的结构选择和光学优化设计,从而开发出多种性能优异的VO2热致变色节能窗结构,如Cr2O3/VO2/SiO2(CVS)SiNx/VO2/SiNx等节能窗结构。由于精确地光学设计与优化,可显著提高膜层的光学性能(可见光透过率及太阳光调节能力)。同时基于功能膜层的选择,可实现膜层的低温制备、环境稳定性的显著提升、疏水自清洁等效应的同时组合。 

  2. VO2薄膜的相变调控、物理机制及新型热敏器件

    构建新型多场调控VO2薄膜相变结构,利用电致、光致变色材料(如HxWO3YHx等)在外场作用下实现缺陷的可逆转移,进而调节VO2薄膜表面的电子态结构,并通过其自身的强电子关联性质调控相变温度。

   

  3. 高效无机电致变色结构设计及界面离子传输机制

    基于对无机电致变色材料(阴极)、阳离子存储层、对电极(阳极)、透明电极的合理构建,设计高效界面离子及电荷转移性质的电致变色器件。进而研究具有宽光谱调节(可见/红外双调控)、储能、双稳态等多种功能的高效电致变色器件。
